Rince-Crème is a 6.6% IPA with a creamy texture provided by oats and infinite dynasty, brewed without bed or lactose. The Galaxy, Sabro, Citra, Bravo, and Talus hops give us fruity and intense aromas, as well as a coconut flavor on the finish.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge citrusy hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and juicy floral undertones with a tropical finish. Body is somewhat full with good carbonation. Easy drinkable NEIPA that could have benefited from a fuller body.

From a 16oz can with an illegible date stamp. Purchased at the Fromagerie Atwater 10/09/22. Served in a willi becher pub glass.
Pours a cloudy, bright Tang-colored orange with a scant finger of fizzy head. Retention is unremarkable, leaving a thin, slippery sheet of lacing.
Nose is harsh and grainy. Aroma of pine and crackers.
Taste is in line with the nose - sharp pine resin and dry soda cracker. Resinous and bitter.
Feel is sharp and clean, medium bodied and brightly carbonated. Sticky resin.
Overall, wtf?!?! The can description promises oat cream with Galaxy, sabro, Citra, bravo and talus but the can contents deliver straight up old school west coast c-hops and resin. Weirdly, here at the end of the glass, I get a little coconut aftertaste, presumably from the sabro - shrug? I mean, tastes pretty good and all but wtf did I just drink?
