Bottle: Poured a dark golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention with some light lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt notes, some residual candi sugar notes with some citrusy notes. Taste is also a mix of residual candi sugar notes with some citrusy notes and sweet Belgian malt with some peppery notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable tripel but not sure the addition of citrusy notes was necessary.

DDC iteration of the recipe.Sweetish bias,still good quaffability. more of a sipper without food to compliment it. Still on style target,draft at Gdspeed.
