Appearance: tarnished gold, good clarity, medium layer of white foam that flattens to a creamy persistent cap, lace
Aroma: floral honey, herbally hops, grainy malt base, very light aroma
Flavor: quite dry malt backbone, faint honey edge, raw artichoke hop flavor, grain, touch of citrus, quite gripping alkaloid hop bitterness, finishes dry with a lingering bitterness and honeyish notes (w/out the sweetness)
Mouthfeel: medium-light body, gentle carbonation, soft texture
Other comments: A VERY dry honey ale. Imagine what honey would taste like if it wasn't sweet and you'd get an idea of they honey elements coming through in this beer.
