This beer was created on March 6th, 2000. It is composed of three varieties of cereals and a variety of hop. This beer is naturally veiled due to the grain of wheat that doesn't contain bark. A German yeast and hop are used in its processing. "Hefe": German word meaning "yeast" means an unfiltered beer. "Weizen": German white ale beer made of wheat, very pale, which is often turmoiled and refreshing.

Enjoyed at Festival Bières et Saveurs 2008. Its L'Ange Gardien to be precise. A decent wheat beer though not compelling to the great hefe's I have had. Very yellow with crowning white. Lace as expected. A sour wheat aroma, but it is a balanced beer and quaffable.

This beer was a cloudy gold color. A nice amount of carbonation that formed an average head but a very small and thin lace. It had a good Hefe aroma. Seasoned and fruit like. The taste was average to good for a beer of this style. The body had thick feel to it. Easy to drink and refreshing.
