It is composed of 4 varieties of cereals and two varieties of hops.
This third version has been matured in oak barrels which previously contained Irish whiskey for 8 years. Just compare the taste of these three barrels!

Enjoyed 16 ounces at the brewpub. Big bourbon and smooth bourbon at that. and also very smooth. Big aroma, dangerous drinkability. Dark colour, no head to speak of. Craftmanship on display. Must have if within driveability. Did I say how smooth it was?
