Had on-tap at the brewbar on the Vegas strip, poured into a pint glass.
L: Pours a clear deep mahogany color. Moderate tannish head and solid lacing.
S: Sweet toasted malts and bread. Caramel and sugar.
T/F: Sweet toasted malts. Toffee and brown sugar. Mild spice from the yeast. Smooth... medium mouthfeel. Sweet aftertaste.
O: Far too sweet for my taste and lacking the complexity of a true Dubbel. One I would avoid.
