Yum, this is a damn fine stout. Served on nitro this beer is presented as an opaque black wonder with a deep/dark head of tan foam. The aroma is sweet and malty with chocolate notes, coffee notes, and a lovely roasted malt profile. The taste is awesome. There are the lovely chocolate/coffee flavors up front and than some lovely roasted malt flavors in the middle, and than their is an awesome green hop and coffee finish that is reminiscent of a frappucino! The mouthfeel is super creamy and smooth, and the drinkability is amazing. Man, is Montreal a stout town, or what!?!?
