Pours a barely hazed orange/amber/gold with a thin head that doesn't stick around long at all. Nose is the standard biere de garde kind of thing. Minor fruits, minor sweet tones. Flavor is actually pretty nice. I don't really know what hemp tastes like, but I don't think it is very present here. Still though it's fairly well balanced. Feel is smooth on liquid and the carbonation nips at the tongue slightly. An easy drinker. And, hehe...it's got weed on the label. Wait. I mean hemp.

Beer bottle (33cl.), tasted in 2002.
Appearance : Amber color (limpid), with white foam head.
Smell : marked by the aroma characteristics of hemp
Taste and mouthfeel : grassy, slightly fruity, low bitterness.
Drinkability : a 'bio" quenching beer in the style blond herbed ale.
