Le Cheval Blanc "West Coast"
on tap at the brewery on 7 Octobre 2014
Notes: 6.0% ABV. Southern Cross, Pacifica, and Mosaic in the kettle, and dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Hazy golden body beneath a white head. Better than average head retention and lacing. Aroma of juicy citrus (tangerine), citrus pith, pine, and red berries. The flavor adds lime, lots of melons, and a light malt flavor that's golden and somewhat biscuity. Medium-light in body and gently crisp. Bitter as expected with a dry, citrusy and tropical finish.
