Enjoyed at the brewery. Thanks Isael!
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of super crisp malts, light rice notes. Really nice barrel qualities too. Lovely oak.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Really crisp, almost apple like. The finish has enormous rice flavour, like a mouthful of sticky rice. Then enormous French oak barrel flavour. Little chardonnay flavour as well. Finish is nice and clean.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp. Really spot on.
O - Overall this was a very solid Berliner with rice. The oak was just excellent as well. Very, very well executed.

Light fizzy head, crystal clear light pale straw color
Nose tons of raw bread dough, light straw husk and rice mash sake, then tart sour lemony funk, great sourness, light minerality, mild toasted slight buttery French oak,
Taste quite tart, sour lemony funk with big sour bread dough, raw bread dough toasted straw wheat like but not quite wheat, nice toasted buttery French oak, almost wine vinous like chardonnay like, then hint of green apple and fruitiness, big raw rice mash late on the finish, dry flemmy acidic finish.
Mouth is lighter, touch acidity flemmy, decent carb
Overall very nice, great Berliner, nice touch of rice, great oak, very tasty
