On tap at the brewpub.

Pours a lightly hazed dark reddish orange, some brown highlights, decently thick off white head forms, settles down to a medium ring around the glass, some lace spots stick.

Smell is nice, rich and malty, caramel, biscuit, light chocolate and roast, a touch of banana, some graininess through the middle, a bit of yeast, a touch of raisin, not bad.

Taste is similar, big malts up front, caramel and some chocolate, wheat, yeast, lightly fruity, dry biscuity middle, a bit of banana and spice, dry finish.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice and drinkable, not too sweet which I dig. A very nice dunkelweiss.
