A- Smallish head is close to perfect. An opaque and hazy dirty peach.
S- Buckwheat. Coriander. Belgian yeast, I think. Some sort of creamy bubblegum and minute apple and/or peach
T- a bit watery is the only thing going against this in my opinion. In mouth; starts aggresive with bitter, sour and salty but ends oh so smooth in the best kind of seltzery bubblegum hop. Lovely gently bitter hop finish. A little sour in the end too.
M- High carbonation is quite aggressive. It wakes you up. Semi- dry and a little numbing.. It foams up nicely in mouth giving it the lightest marshmallowy feel.
D- Very good. Probably would get tired of it but right now drinking this is easy. Being watery actually works against drinkability. Easy to drink but not flavorful enough to want more.
Such a light tasting/feeling beer. If buckwheat and coriander are ok for you and you want light. This is it.
Would drink it again.
