Had a sampler of this at the brewpub yesterday. Billed as a Roggenrauchbier but since the end result is a lager, i put it in rauchbier.
Appearance: Pours an amber body with a modest head.
Smell: Smoked meat, malty.
Taste: First thing that comes to mind is pork. Not overpowering but decent with some smoke & BBQ.
Mouthfeel: Body is full and at ease in the palate.
Overall: A satisfying rauchbier without overdoing it
