Had this at the brewpub yesterday. Made with citron (cédrat in french) from Bangladesh.
Appearance: A completely hazy yellow/ginger/lemonade-like body. Good lacing all around that follows down the glass.
Smell: Aroma of mint, citrus fruit and some cedar.
Taste: Spices, maybe coriander, with mint and bark. Good but not potent.
Mouthfeel: Lively with a mild thinness.
Overall: Very delicate in taste and aroma. While not in your face, it was a pleasant beer though i think i should have gone with a full glass of their rauchbier instead :)
