A- Dark red amber. Dirty white head fades quickly.

S- Sour malt and hops. Caramel corn syrup. Bubble gum once warm.

T- Caramelized malt with very tasty candy hops. A little grapefruit, a bit of black tea. I like this a lot.

M- Medium carbonation and general mouthfeel. Silky and dry at the same time.

D- So easy to drink. Goes right down.

Really liked this one. I really wouldn't say it blew me away but it just felt right.

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. Grapefruit aroma is prominent. Amber colour with white head, lace. Medium mouthfeel, average carbonation. Malty and tasty, surprisingly only 28 IBU. More malty than hoppy. A good one, and likely retooled and fresh. Refreshing anytime.

I hope this was just a bad batch but both the aroma and flavor were vinegary and sour. Maybe they dropped a Lambic yeast in it by mistake :) It looked nice, amber in color with a thin white head. Since the last review, where the reviewer didn't find any hops, they must have changed the recipe because now it is abundantly hoppy and astringent. Even though I only had a sampler glass, I couldn't finish it.
