had on tap at Le Drinkerie in Montreal.
Tap at drinkery Montreal
Nice creamy 1 finger head fades slowly with nice lacing, very clear amber honey orange color. 4
Nose some earthy floral hops, mild fruitiness, a bit of a sweet caramel malt base, faint yeasty note, hops get a mild candied orange citrus.
Taste brings sweet malts out front, pretty bitter, juicy malt with toasty amber malts and faint caramel. Hops bring earthy grassy bitterness, mild spicy, faint fruity note, besides bitterness not a ton of hop character. Finish is pretty bitter, spicy earthy light herbal hop lingering for a long time, semi dry mildly sticky, little caramel malt.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb.
Overall not bad, a bit English style with lots of earthy bittering hops and nota ton of hop flavor. Balanced adds enjoyable though.

Had this on tap while in Montreal at Drinkerie. Thanks to JLindros for going halves basically.
A - Poured a clear amber hue with a thin head that fades to leave nice lacing and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of herbal hops, light caramel, sweet malts faint sweetness. Really light, not getting any Chinook or Cascade.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, herbal hops, light caramel, softer malts. Almost tea like. Quite European style. Pleasant but muted, hops really don't shine.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good and bright with a pleasant finish.
O - Overall this beer was nice, pleasantly herbal. Alright approach, but using these two hop varieties I expect more.
