Stopped into the clybourn pub for the first time, very mellow scene on a Monday night (hit up binnys across the street too!)
Couldn't resist checking out an oak aged kolsch with goldenrod grapes. Brew arriveda sift transparent yellow orange. Thin head and minimal lacing. Nose is green grape and oak, flavor is spot on. White wine all the way. Soft rounded bite. Oak mellows. Really tasty and easy drinker. Bright and refreshing. Perfect compliment on a kolsch.
