On tap at Wrigleyville. Hazy darker gold in color. Thick white fluffy head. Very good retention, and when the beer did disappear, it left a good amount of lace.
Estery and spicy in the nose. A bit of floral hops in the background.
Pale malt flavor with a good amount of sweetness. Some spices and estery flavors follow next. Very balanced. Finishes with just a bit of floral hops.
Not as light bodied and fluffy as other tripels. Good amount of body. Alcohol was very well hidden. Pretty nice.
