Enjoyed on tap at the Goose Island Clybourn taproom.
Poured a clear golden color with a single-finger head and plenty of lacing.
Lot of flowers in the aroma as well as some sharp hops and a bit of citrus and spice.
The taste comes on all big and bitter with some sweetness that follows along with a lingering drying bitter. There is also a hint of booze on the tongue.
Mouthfeel is thin and a bit sticky.
Overall, enjoyed this. Quite tasty and layered.
