I had this on tap at the Roadhouse on Clark Street. They have a good beer selection and really good food. Their smoked wings are some of the best I have ever had.
Poured into a pint, the beer is a chill hazed gold with sticky off-white head.
It has a nice aroma of what I'm 98% sure are Saz hops and grains. Fresh and inviting.
The taste is a nice blend of peppery. flowery hops matched with some cracker like malts. It leans a smidge to the more bitter end of the scale for this type of beer.
The mouth is crisp with active carbonation and a solid feel.
This was a great hot weather, before the Cubs game beer. It's easy to pair with food and I'm hoping my local gets it soon!

I want to like this more than my rating indicates based on the initiative from Goose (draft only and Chicagoland only) but for some reason the taste just isn't there for me. Overall a decent Pilsner but the hop profile falls short for me.

On tap at Park Grill Cafe in Millennium Park in Chicago. Great view of The Bean. Blue Line pilsner only on draft from GI. On our walk to Soldier Field for the final Grateful Dead 50 show. The beer was OK.
