As expected from an all Cascade hop ale, the aroma is quite citrusy. The taste is dripping with fresh hop nectar. There are notes of citrus and grapefruit, along with a dominant general fruitiness. There is a subtle sweetness from the malt which helps to balance and pick up the hops a bit. This beer is definitely a hop celebration/ oriented beer, the malt component only serves to highlight the hops. This is a pretty good example of an all Cascade hop beer.
