Pours a deep orange and amber color with no measurable head. Alcoholic tannins clearly visible on the side of the galssware.
Aroma of caramel, wine notes some coriander and a hint of cinnamon.
Flavors of caramel, spicy yeast, dark citrus, raisins and figs.
Mouthfeel is sweet yet spicy. Smooth and lush on the palate. High ABV does not dominate but rather compliments the organic flavors.
Drinkability is addictively high. This combined with the big ABV makes a DD a must. Great effort from the Goose.
