2/4/16 Chicago ($8 8 oz. pour into snifter at Goose Island Tap Room). Strong rum aroma, with traces of brandy. Pitch black pour, bubbly tan head, minimal lacing. Taste similar to aroma, solid brandy taste. Firm texture, nice light and easy palate and going down. Solid winter offering and perfect on a cold evening. I'll have another.
