2/19/16 Chicago - ($8 10 oz pour into globe glass at Goose Island Clybourn Brew Pub). Cherry brown thin and clear pour, bubble white head. Very sweet wine aroma, wheat present as well as apple, bourbon and honey. Pleasant balanced blend of bourbon and wine, offset by apple. Texture very smooth, dry clean crisp and easy going down. Overall very good offering!
