This brew was just reintroduced at the Claybourn brewpub last Thursday. Poured into an Imperial pint glass from the cask.
4.5 A: Suprisingly clear deep amber color. Thick, super creamy head.
3.0 S: Bready, but not much else going on. Not really any yeast character.
3.5 T: Low hop profile. Bready, but overall very neutral.
4.0 M: Very light body, but silky smooth. This would have been a 5 if the body was a bit thicker.
3.5 D: Some good aspects and some bad make this an average, drinkable brew.

Draft, at Goose Island's Clybourn pub. This batch was made just with Centennial hops as part of GIs Single Hop Summer. Despite a caramel-red appearance under a thin head, this still has a light mouthfeel, with the hops starting out flowery and peppery, then becoming more assertive in bitterness as I work my way down the glass. Theres actually some alcohol warmth coming in, too.
