Cask at Goose Clybourn, served in an imperial pint.
Dark reddish orange with bright clarity, lasting head and arcs of drippy lace in the glass.
Aroma is low key with light fruitiness and toasty malt.
Taste is similar, light date or plum fruit marmalade, no sweetness, lightly earthy aftertaste with a mild English hop bitterness. Mellow and smooth on cask, light bodied. Very refreshing and true to style, also pretty flavorful for the style.
