Pours a beautiful deep garnet clear brown with a two fingered Nitro-like dense head that had excellent retention and provided some lace on the the sides of the glass.
Aroma was citrus hops ( cascade and possiblly amarillo?)
Flavors was bitter rye-vienna malt comination that lingered long in the aftertaste.
Cellar temp was very warm (IMHO) I take a lot of direct reading when tasting at home and would guess this was served between 55-60°F
This may be their Red Felt on cask - I checked with the Chicago area beer-guide "jackndan" who said he had no clue but they do brew many one off casks throughout the year.
This was the last of a cask cracked open 5 days earlier.
