This is the only IPA I could find for Goose Island-here goes.
Beautiful color-like a jar of clover honey with a thin ring of foam but good lacing .
Aroma-floral and citrus hops, big time, cascade probably part of that.
Mouthfeel-wondrous mix of hops and sweet malt with a nice sharp bitteness on the finish. signature IPA by any means.

This came with a foamy, egg-shell white head with lots of CO2 bubbles in evidence. It had good clarity in a deep-yellow/light amber liquid. The nose was floral with hops, which is always a good sign. It had a medium mouthfeel with a good hoppy tang on the palate. The finish was dry, with the hops continuing to linger. This was my beer of choice during my most recent visit (Aug 2005) and as far as I know, it is offered year-'round. It went really well with our luncheon of either BBQ pork or beef sammiches.
