3/1/18 - Goose Island Clybourn First Release at the New Brew House! This rating is of the cask conditioned offering, a 16 ounce pour ($5) into a nonic glass. Bronze dark pour, puffy tan head. Very nice bread aroma, like a newly baked loaf out of an oven. Nice bread taste, pleasant balanced bitter taste. Thin mouth feel, no carbonation (cask conditioned). Overall very good inaugural offering at the new brew house! Cheers to a new era of brewing!!!
