On tap at Brouwer's on 9.3.14
Appearance is a medium orange. Nose is hoppy and very woody.
Wood dominates the taste, but there is some nice citrus hops poking through.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer pours a orangish-brown clear but a bit dense body with a creamy head of light tan. There is a gentle carbonation that glides up the sides of the glass.
S- The smell of fresh citrus hops is balanced by a nice fresh pale floor malted aroma.
T- This beer has a nice taste of citrus hops with an orange juice note that really shows off the pure cascade hops. There is a bright light toasted malt flavor with a hint of biscuit malt and pale malt that blend together. As this beer warms there is also a note of honey malt in the grain bill. The finish is pretty clean.
M- This beer has a nice medium mouthfeel with a clean finish.
D- This is a smooth easy drinking great session beer. It has nice juicy hops, if your not tired of cascade hops, and a nice depth of malt flavors that are very fresh. This is not an APA but a nice bitter.

Not sure I would list this under APA, more of a bitter than anything.
Pours a hazy copper/gold, small white head forms, lace spots, settles to a ring, looks okay. Smell is sweet, some floral and pine, kind of weak, mostly just get some hops from the aroma. Taste is pine and floral up front, yeasty, thin and weak flavour, bitter finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with lwo carbonation. Flavour was watery and weak, but its drinkable.

Served in a 16oz pint glass at Goose Island-Clybourn 4/13/07. Small batch beer produced at the Fulton Street Brewery.
A: Hazy pale-gold color. Sticky one finger head.
S: Pine tar hops with a toasted malt backbone.
T: Pretty much just see above. Very dry with a nice piney hop proffile.Very dry and toasted malt flavors.
M: Dry and sticky with spicy hops that stick to everything. Excellent dry malt quality on the tongue.
D: Fantastic! They either need to bottle this or make it available more often.
