Way back in March we bet Founders Brewing Co. that Loyola would crush Michigan in the NCAA Final Four tournament. The loser of that bet would have to brew a beer for the winner's charity of choice. So we brewed a wheat ale using Michigan grown hops & cherries per Founder's choice. All proceeds from this beer will be donated to The Alliance for the Great Lakes, so really, we all win!

9/19/18: $5 16 ounce draft poured into a nonic glass at Goose Island Taproom. Peach colored murky pour, light white fluffy head, quickly dissipating. Light aroma of hops and cherry. Light tangy and slightly tart cherry and mild hop taste, Light thin mouth feel, no carbonation, easy light drinking. Overall OK offering.
