A nod to one of the most diverse and historic neighborhoods in Chicago, Pilsen. Brewed with Briess Pilsen malt, Czech and American hops and El Milagro Masa (tamale) mix. Expect a milled corn and sweet straw aroma and clean lager character and firm dry finish.

9/19/18 (Chicago): $5 16 oz ounce pour into nonic glass at Goose Island Taproom. Light yellow pour, thin white lacing. Strong, clean lager aroma, pepper and wheat taste. Thin mouth fell, clean, crisp and refreshing beer. Overall nice pour and would grab one of these again on a hot summer day.
