P.YAAS.L. Pumpkin Coffee Stout
This stout is brewed with 11 pounds of pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and lacotse and sucanat sugars. We then blend in a portion of cold brew using El Diablo coffee from Intelligentsia. Blended flavors of coffee, roast, chocolate, caramel, and pumpkin pie spice. The only things missing are a dollop of whipped cream and the intentional misspelling of your name on the cup.

9/27/18 (Chicago): 16 oz draft ($6) nonic pour at Goose Island taproom. Pitch black pour, light tan ring. Strong roast coffee aroma. Slight chocolate, stronger coffee taste. Didn't note the pumpkin or cinnamon. Fizzy mouth feel, light texture, easy drinking. Overall nice offering.
