I had this on tap at the Wrigley Pub.

Served in a standard pint glass for $5.

The beer is a hazy red with an off white head.

The nose is of citrus, caramel and fruit

The taste is well balanced between citrus and caramel. It is slightly sweet with grains and apple. The wood is evident in the backend and adds a nice layer.

The mouth is crisp with a nice amount of heft.

It is very easy to session as the beer has enough facets to engage your attention.

Great value on game day!

(Served in an American pint glass)

A- This beer has a deep brown body with a warm glow. There is a spongy off-white head and a gentle carbonation.

S- This beer has a nice sweet toasted caramel malt flavor with a nice hint of wet wood in the finish.

T- The taste of sweet malt and wood bend together nicely. There is notes of caramel malt and toasted malt with a nice oak note that increases as the beer warms. There are also notes of butterscotch and darker toasted malt as it warms. The finish is a nice bitter green hop bite that is soft but finish the beer nicely.

M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a nice tight fizz that enhances the hops.

D- The sweetness and wood have a nice balance and the hops help to clean up the finish.
