Brewed with the National Honey Board in celebration of National Honey Month, this ale accentuates the unique characteristics of honey and each malt used. Caramel, brown sugar, floral and an extremely refreshing finish nods to all the hard work the bees have done this summer.

9/19/18 (Chicago): $5 draft 16 oz nonic pour at Goose Island Taproom. Amber pour, carbonation quickly dissipates. Sweet honey taste, light crisp clean mouth feel. Overall good pour.
