Dark black with clear brown edges and a creamy tan collar.

This delivers candied pecan, caramelized brown sugar and an unusual but distinct cotton candy character. The slick medium-thin body is semi-sticky with a slight amaretto burn, as a hint of licorice and roast come out on the exhale. I can't quite get over that unusual cotton candy note though.

11/14/18 (Chicago): 6 ounce draft snifter pour at Goose Island Tap Room. Pitch black pour, thin off-white ring around glass. Nice whiskey aroma, light maple back, nice balance. Very smooth whiskey taste, maple syrup backs well, nicely balanced taste. Thin texture, carbonation holds well, sweet taste, easy drinking. Overall very good pour.
