On draft at the November beer academy tasting, had a 4 oz pour.
Beautiful clearish garnet color, nice white head.
Nose is yeasty and blueberry with a sour note.
Taste is amazing, dry, sour but not too sour, the full fruit of the blueberrys comes through without any sweetness, amazing.
Great carbonation, light but full mouthfeel, it would be enough to have one 12oz of these, your tastebuds would be tired by then. Unfortunately, we'll never see this in bottles.

Had this beer on my birthday (8/31) and made some notes to review it on here.
Served to me in an Imperial pint glass. The color is very dark red with a small purple head. As I drink the beer there is some lace left behind on the side of the glass.
The smell is very sour and tart to me. I detect something like oak. A good fruity smell.
The taste is very very similar to the smell. I really enjoy the taste, and I would love to drink another sometime.
Mouthfeel is pretty sour, and I cannot tell how much carbonation is in it because of the sourness.
A drinkable beer, although I wouldn't be able to drink more than one in a sitting. The sourness definitely limits me to one.

Served in a 20oz imperial pint at Goose Island-Clybourn 9/4/08.
"We aged our Blueberry Ale in wood barrels for six months. During this time, "wild" micro-organisms present in the barrel helped develop acidity, leading to the sour characters that are present in the classic lambic beers of Belgium. Served in a Tulip glass."...Straight from the website (and the beer menu). It exibits a lot of lambic qualities but I'm not sure if it can be considered a true lambic.
A: Served an impenitrably cloudy, dark red color. Perched on top is a bubbly light-pink head that leaves some saggy, ropey lace behind.
S: Sour and tart fruit. Vinegar and wood.
T: See above. As it warms more of the woody/oaky flavor comes about.
M: Dry and tantilizingly sour. Fruity vinegar with a refreshing peppery bite.
D: Very nice. Would be interested in trying this one on cask.
