Draught @ BTAH.
Pours hazy light yellow, thin white head.
Nose is light, bit of crisp wheat and citrus, and a very subtle, round, lactic sour note.
Flavor is again light, with some very light grassy hops peeking through, crisp wheat a a hint of lemon, with the lacto showing up with a round, almost off-sweet lightly sour note. My favorite of three variants. Very subtle, but my god, I could have drank it all night, and been happy doing so.
Light body, lightly reserved carbonation.
