32 oz. crowler. Deep amber with an ample off-white head. Smells of lots of bourbon and some caramel malt. Tastes of bourbon, oak, a little caramel malt, tinges of acidity, slight herbal notes. Lots of bourbon and it covers up any aspects of the Sahti. Medium body. I expected more from it, but the bourbon barrel, as tasty as it is on its own, masks the Sahti profile.
