This is a raspberry lambic with brett that has been aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

A muddy burnt red liquid with orange highlights is capped with a thin layer of off white head.

The nose is full of brett funk, raspberries, tons of musty oak, bourbon, alcohol, olives, vinegar. Very Inviting!

The first sip hits me with tons of sour and funk. Raspberries, lot's of olives and musty oak. Ton's of fruity esters and alcohol that is warming, but not very harsh, with some pepper, vanilla, and bourbon. It finishes dry, but the sour lingers a bit.

Mouthfeel is slick with low carbonation.

Goose Island, please keep it up. I love your experimental beers!
