"A bock made with 75% cherrywood smoked malt, aged in bourbon barrels for six months."

This beer pours a hazy brown with an off white slight head.

The smoky maltiness has a wow factor, just right not overpowering smoke, the cherrywood has a unique flavor, without the bite of oak, but a sweetness that lingers. The taste is similar, but finishes almost sour, the flavor lasting well beyond the finish, cherrywood dominates the middle, the bourbon aspect is not really prevalent but blends with the other characteristics very well. Outstanding.

Good mouthfeel, a difficult drinker as it wears out your mouth, tastebuds, but worth a shot as a dinner accompaniment.
