Goose Island tapped into the pineapple and took a different path than most breweries. This tepache inspired ale is a tribute to the fermented pineapple drink found commonly in Mexico. The funk is there and the beer is quite juicy. It is just sweet enough, as to not teeter on a full blown fruited beer. The barrel is light so don’t be afraid of the tequila aspect.
