Dry-hopped with Citra Hops
A: Orange tinted gold in color with a slight haze. Served with a minimal head that reduces to next to nothing. Not surprisingly, there is minimal lacing.
S: Citrus: lemon, orange, and grapefruit. Opens up as it warms.
T: Mild maltiness on the front with the dry flavors of grapefruit and very light pine. Quite mild.
M: Medium in body with appropriate carbonation. Slight astringency on the tongue.
D: A good IPA, but nothing overly impressive. Aroma is nice, but the flavors are a little on the weak side. However, its always nice to see a new IPA on the GI menu.
