Served in a pint glass at Goose Island-Clybourn 6/9/10.
A: Served a hazy straw color. Sitting on top is a thin layer of creamy bright white head. Retention was fair and not much lace was left behind.
S: Citrus and floral hops coupled with gently toasted grain.
T: See above.
M: Cask creaminess with a mild spicy bitterness.
D: Very refreshing. A welcome re-imagining of an old staple.
