Pours a cloudy, maize color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of coriander, pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, citrus, and slight yeast. Fits the style of a Witbier. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of coriander, pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hop, citrus, and slight yeast. Overall, decent appearance, aroma, and muted body.

Tap: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention. Aroma consists of refreshing wheat malt with good notes of coriander and orange peel. Taste is also a very nice mix between some refreshing wheat malt notes with a great balanced mix of coriander and orange peel. Body is slightly above average for style with good carbonation. Nothing special but well brewed per style.

I had a pint of this one before the Cubs Angles game. Served in a standard pint, the beery is a hazy apricot with a dense white head.
The nose is coriander and malts.
I like the spicy notes on the tongue. Coriander, white pepper, lemon zest. A touch more citrus late with some trailing malts.
The mouth is crisp with a touch of slickness in the finish. Easy drinker on the 90+ degree day!

I had this on tap at Wrigleyville GI...The beer pours like any wit, super cloudy and yeasty neon yellow, nice white head. This is made with green coriander, interesting...The aroma is light but sweet light orange, yeast and wheat...The taste is light easy to drink but a little weird. Grass, fresh greens are here. Not sweet or powerful, but easy to drink. Interesting wit take.
