Brewed with a new experimental yeast, Ella's Secret overflows with a fragrant tropical aroma, and the Ella and Vic Secret hops create a mysteriously fruity and citrus forward beer. We skipped the dry hopping on this one, so expect frim bitterness with a dry finish.

On tap at Goose Island Fulton in Chicago, IL.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like grapefruit, mango and pine.

This is pretty straightforward but still tasty IPA, with a clean refreshing bitterness, and a nice sweet and slightly bitter grapefruit flavor, with some notes of mango and white grape.

This is light bodied, clean, and crisp, with a pretty good drinkability.

Even though this is pretty overall basic, it’s still tasty and pretty refreshing.
