(Served in a tulip glass)
A- This beer pours a deep copper crystal clear body with a creamy white that last as a thin film and a gentle carbonation. S- The perfumed yeasty aroma combines with a spicy green hop finish that makes me sniff and sniff. As the beer opens there is a light lemon quality to the hops and a white cheese rind note to the yeast that comes through.
T- The slightly sweet yeasty flavor blends with a green juicy hop flavor that has a little hop bitterness in the finish. There is a soft malt sweetness underneath and a green cinnamon spice to the herbal hops that pops through in the finish.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with no alcohol heat and a soft carbonation that gives just a little prick in the finish.
D- The delicate great yeast flavor works great with the hops and the soft carbonation really compliments the green hop spice in the finish. This beer drinks really fast for a 6.2% beer and the aroma alone makes we want to sniff it all day.
