From the beer menu; **Coffee Collaboration Series** A rotating series with local coffee companies. This "blend" is with Intelligensia Coffee and Tea Company's Black Cat Espresso.
A: Espresso/dark roast coffee black. Slightly muddy with a thin light tan head.
S: Crazy huge espresso nose! All the trademark Black Cat roasted ashiness with loads of bakers chocolate and some dark fruit.
T: Same as above with even more chocolate. Wonderful fresh ground espresso.
M: Coffee bitterness with a bunch of roasty astringency.
D: Two of my favorite things...coffee and beer, blended together in such a delicious way. Loved it!
