A - Appropriately brown beer with red on the edges. Small off-white head that left some decent stick on the sides.
S - Earth tones, grass, and some caramel/brown sugar.
T - Decently malty with a little bit of a nutty flavor. It's semi-sweet, slight bit of grass. Tastes pretty good, easy to get down.
M - Carbonated, medium bodied. Might be better served on cask.
O - Pleasant tasting, easy to drink, nice flavor profile. No complaints about this one.

This was apparently a different English Brown Ale that was specially for the February BA gathering. Served in a taster glass.
A - Pours with a finger-plus of creamy tan foam that settles to a thick cap and features good retention and fingers of lace. Transparent ruby-brown body.
S - Earthy, floral, and hay-like hop character over top of a nutty, light cocoa malt backbone.
T - Taste is more of the cocoa and nut malt character, and less hop flavor. There's some light fruity yeast in the finish, and a low but present hop and roast malt bitterness that lingers.
M - Slightly over-carbonated, particularly for an English style brew. Medium body, lightly sticky finish.
D - I had two servings. This is a nice session beer, other than the slightly harsh bubbles. Should have had it next to Foxxy or Hex Nut to compare different takes on the style.
