(Served in a tulip glass)
A- This beer pours a orange body with a thick beige head and a gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles.
S- The tangerine hint has a perfume quality to it with a soft brett note of white cheese rind. There is a sanitizer aroma that is oddly pleasant with some peach and green hops and Monastery yeast esters finishing the smell.
T- The pale malt flavor has a light not of fresh wort and a soft crisp fruit note most likely peaches. The finish has a tangerine pith and green hop bitterness that grow stronger and more bitter as the dry finish warms. There is a soft tartness in the fruit that comes through as the beer warms.
M- The medium mouthfeel has a soft fizz and no alcohol heat but there is a flat texture to the taste as it warms a bit.
O- The peach, malt and hops take on a slight sanitizer iodine quality that doesn't fit with the tart and fruity notes. The finish is really overly bitter and the tangerine flavor seems a bit out of place.

On tap at Clybourn 4-21-2011
From notes
A - clouded amber body, small film of white head.
S - sour funk (reminiscent of brie), plastic, band-aids. Bizarre.
T - Sour, plastic-y, reminds me very much of those little gunpowder caps from childhood. There's a whole lot of off-stuff going on here.
M - Aggressive carbonation and sour.
O (D) - a very weird beer. It's interesting, but definitely a sipper and not something you'd want very much of. Not a favorite.

Served in a tulip at Goose Island-Cly 5/21/11.
A: Served a bright pale yello with a decent amount of haze. 1 1/2 fingers of quickly disappearing foam sit on top before settling down to a thin skim and collar. A few flecks of lace were left behind.
S: Yeah, the advertised peach and citrus are there but hiding behind a veil of something...
T: Whoa. A really off tasting "toasted wheat flavoring" flavor coated every sip. I really had to struggle to pick out any of the fruit that was no doubt in there.
M: Too raw and heavy for the style.
O: This was my final beer of the day and I'm really glad it wasn't my first. It really put me off having another...

A: cloudy honey/deep yellow, trace head, fine lacing
S: big peach + floral aroma
T: sweet peach front, earthy floral middle, sour long tangerine finish
M: med body, mild slick/oily feel
O: YUM! Nice sour wild ale. Shocked that I enjoyed it so much on my first sip. May be perfect for curious newbie and/or hot day.
GOOD, ASK FOR IT!

A - Cloudy oranginsh color with a little bit of a pink tint. White head receded to a thin cap with a solid ring.
S - Smell is tart and is kind of a tangerine and peach hybrid. Actually quite nice, you feel like you're smelling one thing, then you get the other, then it's a nice mix. Really can't go wrong with citrusy peaches.
T - Tastes like a mixed drink made with juice. Slightly peach with more tangerine and citrus taking over the flavor profile than in the nose. It's a nice blend, that has a little souring characteristic on the end.
M - Active carbonation, quite juicy, medium bodied.
O - The unique flavors on this have a lot of potential and could have made for a great sour. Unfortunately the body was wrong, and the mouthfeel needed to be lighter. Taste was just too heavy as well. That being said, it's not bad, if primarily for the reason it's an interesting flavor combination.
